This isn't a traditional high-pressure sales role. It's about understanding each clinic's needs, showing them how our platform can help, and guiding them through the process of becoming a customer.

> At least 2 years of experience in a Clinical or Healthcare industry (former nurse, clinic manager, practice manager, medical office administrator, healthcare coordinator, or similar)
> Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
> Comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals and clinic owners
> Confident presenting solutions and building trust with clients
> Organized and able to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups
> Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
> Curious, coachable, and eager to learn new technology

!! Nice to Have

> Experience in SaaS, customer success, account management, consultative sales, or business development
> Experience using HubSpot or another CRM
> Experience working with healthcare technology
> Experience in a startup or fast-paced work environment

> Meet virtually with healthcare professionals and clinic owners
> Learn about their current patient communication and front desk workflow
> Demonstrate how Call Hero can improve patient communication and front desk efficiency
> Answer questions and guide prospective clients through the evaluation process
> Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers
> Follow up with interested clinics and keep conversations moving forward
> Maintain accurate records and activities in HubSpot CRM
> Work closely with our Marketing and SDR teams to provide an excellent customer experience
