We run a growing network of AI-powered YouTube channels and need an experienced VA who already knows YouTube inside out.
This is NOT an entry-level position. We need someone who has worked on YouTube channels before and can hit the ground running.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Write and refine video scripts using Claude AI with our prompt templates
- Research and ideate video topics (find outliers, analyze competitors, suggest packaging)
- Create compelling titles and thumbnail concepts that drive clicks
- Upload and schedule videos on YouTube (metadata, descriptions, tags, end screens)
- Run our AI video generation software (we will train you)
- Manage multiple channels with consistent quality and deadlines
- Communicate daily via
MUST HAVE:
- Proven YouTube experience — you've worked on real channels before
- Understanding of what makes a good title and thumbnail (packaging)
- Fluent English — reading, writing, and speaking. No language barrier. This is non-negotiable.
- Experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT)
- PC or laptop with stable internet
- Available 6 days per week, 8 hours per day (7 days is a plus)

NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with ideation — finding viral topics, analyzing outlier videos
- Managed or contributed to channels that achieved monetization
- Understanding of YouTube algorithm basics (CTR, AVD, trust score)
COMPENSATION:
$300–350/month during probation (first 1-2 months), based on experience level
$400–500/month after probation, based on performance, speed, and responsibility
Performance bonuses based on channel results
Growth path to Channel Manager role for top performers
