We run a global consumer products supply chain. We sell in the USA, source raw materials from India and the United Kingdom, buy bulk ingredients/materials from Italy, manufacture part of our range in the USA, and produce our boxes and stickers through packaging partners in Pakistan.
That means a lot of moving parts across a lot of time zones. We need one dependable, organized person to own the operational checklist and make sure every single step is followed through to 100% — nothing dropped, nothing half-done, nothing left unclear.
This is not a "wait to be told" role. We want someone who takes the checklist, works through it methodically, chases down the details, keeps everyone informed, and gets things actioned efficiently.
What you'll do
Work through our operational supply chain checklist and complete every item to 100% — no shortcuts, no "close enough."
Coordinate across our suppliers and partners in India, the UK, Italy, the USA, and Pakistan (raw materials, bulk, manufacturing, packaging).
Keep all relevant parties — suppliers, manufacturers, and our internal team — clearly informed on progress and status.
Track orders, timelines, and hand-offs in spreadsheets and our project management tools so nothing falls through the cracks.
Flag issues early, propose solutions, and follow up until they're resolved.
Communicate clearly and proactively so everyone shares the same understanding of priorities.
What great looks like
100% quality on anything you touch. If it's been actioned by you, it's been done properly and completely.
Clear, proactive communication. We should never have to ask "where are we with X?" — you've already told us.
Shared understanding of priorities. You know what matters most right now and act on it, and you keep everyone aligned.
Efficient action. Things move forward. Follow-ups happen without being chased.
What we're looking for
Strong experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations coordination — ideally across multiple countries/suppliers.
Exceptional attention to detail. You are the kind of person who genuinely can't leave a task at 90%.
Excellent written English and clear, professional communication.
Comfortable working across time zones and coordinating with international suppliers.
Reliable, self-managing, and consistent — you follow a process and you follow through.
Tools you'll use
Spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) for tracking and checklists
Communication tools
Project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday, or Notion)
