JOB OVERVIEW

The role will begin with a paid trial, followed by a short contract period. If the selected candidate proves reliable, accurate, proactive, and consistently produces high-quality work, there will be an opportunity to progress into a full-time position.

This is an operations and administrative role covering email management, Amazon Seller Central, creator communication, research, spreadsheets, document organisation, and general business support.

Main Responsibilities

Manage company email inboxes, respond to routine messages, flag important issues, and follow up on outstanding conversations
Communicate professionally with suppliers, creators, influencers, service providers, and other business contacts
Support creator product shipments
Complete routine tasks inside Amazon Seller Central and contact Seller Support when required
Use Helium 10 for keyword research
Maintain accurate Excel, Google Sheets, Notion boards, contact lists, and operational trackers
Organise invoices,
Complete Instagram-related tasks, including finding relevant creators and engaging with approved accounts
Conduct product/ supplier research
Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to complete tasks efficiently while following prompts and checking the results carefully
Create or update simple SOPs and screen-recorded instructions for repeatable tasks
Help recruit freelancers for basic or repetitive jobs when required, including posting jobs, reviewing applicants, arranging test tasks, and organising shortlisted candidates
Check all work carefully before submitting it and provide clear updates on completed tasks, problems, and next actions
Required Skills and Experience

You should have:

Previous experience using Amazon Seller Central
Experience with Helium 10
Strong email-management and written communication skills
Good Excel and Google Sheets skills
Strong written English
Experience using ChatGPT or similar AI tools
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
The ability to follow instructions accurately
The ability to work independently and manage ongoing tasks
Reliable internet and a suitable computer
A professional attitude and willingness to ask questions when something is unclear

Experience with creators, influencers, Instagram, TikTok, UGC campaigns, Notion, or freelancer recruitment is a strong advantage.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work. Sloppy, rushed, incomplete, or poorly checked work will not be accepted.

Hours and Progression

This role will initially be approximately 20–25 hours per week.

The successful candidate will begin with a paid trial and short contract period. Strong performers may be offered additional hours and the opportunity to progress into a full-time role.

There will also be opportunities for increased responsibility and salary progression after the candidate has proven themselves.

Availability Requirement

This role must be treated as a serious and reliable commitment.

We are not interested in hiring someone who is secretly managing several full-time jobs during the same working hours.

You must be available, responsive, and focused on our business during your agreed schedule.
