About the Role: You'll manage inventory flow from receiving vendor/manufacturer POs through inbound FBA/WFS preparation. You;ll coordinate trucking logistics to carrier pickup. You'll audit inventory accuracy across our ERP (SellerCloud), WMS, and reporting systems to catch discrepancies.


Some more Details:
- Manage inbound PO receiving
- Co-ordinate FBA/WFS shipment planning (from our warehouses to Amazon)
- Create FBA/WFS shipment plans using tools like SellerCloud, Nineyard, and SellerCentral.
- Book and coordinate truckload pickups for outbound FBA and WFS shipments.
- Audit inventory across SellerCloud (ERP), our WMS, and reporting systems to resolve issues.
- Use ---------- to track tasks and coordinate.

What We Need:
- Amazon FBA experience is REQUIRED. You must have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
Good to have:
- Experience working with an ERP or inventory management system (SellerCloud is ideal, but equivalent systems count)
- US trucking/carrier logistics experience (booking loads, coordinating pickups, managing inbound/outbound shipments) is a strong plus
- Proficiency with task/project management tools like ---------- , Asana, or similar
- Detail-oriented and accurate, do you catch errors before they become problems?
- Ability to work independently and communicate questions and issues clearly

Training Path: We start with FBA and WFS inbound shipment operations, then expand into our full logistics workflow.
