JOB OVERVIEW

Salary: $1,500–$1,750 USD/month (Paid Trial)

Location: Remote

Schedule: Full-Time

We're looking for a highly analytical YouTube SEO Specialist who understands how to grow channels through search optimization, audience retention, and data-driven decision making.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving existing content, testing new ideas, and building long-term organic growth strategies.

YOUR FIRST 60 DAYS

You'll be responsible for improving and scaling an existing YouTube content library by:

1. Conducting a full YouTube SEO audit.
2. Optimizing titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata.
3. Improving thumbnail CTR through testing.
4. Setting up info cards, end screens, and pinned comments.
5. Running A/B tests on titles and thumbnails.
6. Identifying opportunities to improve audience retention and watch time.

GROWTH OPPORTUNITY

This role has strong long-term growth potential. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok while helping shape the overall content strategy.

REQUIRED SKILLS

1. Strong understanding of YouTube SEO.
2. CTR optimization.
3. Audience Retention (AVD).
4. Session Watch Time.
5. Metadata optimization.
6. Keyword research.
7. Competitor analysis.

REQUIRED TOOLS

1. VidIQ.
2. TubeBuddy.

Software subscriptions will be provided after the successful trial period.
