About Us

Calvin's Tools Inc. is a growing U.S.-based company specializing in food trailer rentals, food trailer sales, and custom trailer manufacturing. We are building a modern online rental platform and are looking for a long-term developer to become part of our team.

This is not a one-time project. We want someone who can grow with our company and help us improve our systems over time.

Job Responsibilities

You will work alongside our Zoho developer to build and maintain our customer-facing website and integrate it with our Zoho One business management system.

Responsibilities include:

Polish and improve our Lovable website
Improve UI/UX and mobile responsiveness
Fix bugs and improve website performance
Improve the booking flow
Improve the customer portal
Build and maintain admin dashboards
Connect Lovable to Zoho CRM
Connect Zoho Books
Connect Zoho Creator
Connect Zoho Flow
Connect OpenPhone/QUO
Connect Facebook & Instagram Leads
Connect Stripe payment processing
Connect customer document uploads
Connect driver's license uploads
Connect insurance uploads
Build automation workflows
Maintain and improve the platform long-term
Our Website Needs

We want customers to be able to:

Browse available trailers
View pricing and deposits
Request quotes
Reserve trailers online
Upload driver's licenses
Upload insurance documents
Sign contracts
Pay invoices online
View rental history
Return and rent again without re-entering information

We also need an admin dashboard where our team can:

Manage trailers
Manage customers
Approve bookings
Track trailer availability
Track maintenance
Track inspections
Manage recurring monthly rentals
Update pricing
Update delivery fees
Update mileage rates
Upload trailer photos
Manage inventory
Generate invoices and quotes
View reports and customer history

Everything should synchronize with Zoho One.
