JOB OVERVIEW

Hey! I'm looking for a female voice actor to join my YouTube team for a long-term true crime channel.

The channel focuses on high-quality true crime stories with a primarily female audience. I'm looking for someone who can tell stories naturally and keep viewers engaged.

These are just references for the style I'm after, not something I expect you to copy.

Requirements:
• Comfortable talking about true crime and other potentially disturbing topics
• American or British accent preferred, but if your English is clear and easy to understand, feel free to apply regardless of your accent
• Around 20–30 years old is preferred, but this isn't a strict requirement
• Looking for someone interested in staying long-term. I want to build this channel over the next few years, so consistency is important.

Pay:
- Starting at $30 per recording (typically 30–60+ minutes of finished audio).
- As the channel grows, there's plenty of room for higher pay and more consistent work.
- $300/month in the future is very possible.

Workload:
We'll start with 1 video per week, with recordings typically ranging from 45 minutes to 1 hour+ in finished length. This usually requires around 2 hours of recording time each week.

As the channel grows, the goal is to increase to up to 3 videos per week, so you should be comfortable committing to a larger workload if and when that happens.

Bonus:
If you'd be open to appearing on camera in the future, let me know. It's definitely not required, but it's something I may explore later as the channel grows.
