JOB OVERVIEW

Remote Team Coordinator (Full-Time)

We’re looking for an organised, reliable Filipino to help keep our remote team running smoothly. As they are 90% Filipino.

Your responsibilities:
Check in with employees throughout the day to make sure they’re progressing with their tasks.
Ensure everyone sends a daily start and finish work message.
Remind staff to work only between 9:00 AM–10:00 PM Philippine time unless approved.
Advise employees who are underutilised, overloaded, or not responding.
Suggest process improvements and when we should hire additional staff.
Complete other general operations tasks as required.

Requirements:
Excellent written English.
Love being organised and proactive.
Comfortable following up with people and holding them accountable.
Previous admin or coordinator experience preferred.
Good solid internet connection (please prove this with a screenshot of your internet connection and speed).
Not working any other jobs / be able to fully commit to this job.
