We're looking for an experienced Executive Partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the right hand to a busy executive. If you're proactive, highly organized, and can anticipate needs before they're communicated, we'd love to meet you.
This is a full-time remote role supporting a US-based executive during US business hours.
What You'll Do
You'll be responsible for helping your executive stay organized, focused, and operating at their best.
Your responsibilities include:
Managing complex calendars across multiple time zones while prioritizing meetings and commitments
Organizing and managing executive inboxes, drafting
Coordinating travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodations, and last-minute schedule changes
Preparing meeting agendas, taking notes, and tracking action items
Conducting research and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Supporting projects using ClickUp, Notion, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools
Creating and improving systems to keep daily operations running smoothly
Handling ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed
Every day is different, so we're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and taking ownership without being micromanaged.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive
At least 1 year of experience working remotely during US business hours (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a clear, neutral accent
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Highly proactive with exceptional attention to detail
Able to think critically and produce high-quality work without relying on AI to perform core responsibilities
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
Experience using ClickUp, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, Zoom, and cloud-based file management tools
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
Willing to complete a rigorous hiring process, including practical assessments, written evaluations, and multiple interview stages
Compensation & Benefits
$900–$1,500 USD per month, depending on experience
