JOB OVERVIEW

We make short AI-generated video ads for ecommerce and need an editor who's genuinely good at it.

We give you a script, reference visuals, and a demo product. You turn it into a polished ad that matches the intended style — and add your own visual ideas where it makes sense. You'll generate both AI images and AI video, fix weak outputs, and edit everything into a strong final piece.

The ads are often in another language (Japanese). You do NOT need to speak it — we provide translated scripts, timing, and emotional direction so you can nail the visuals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAILY:
- Reverse-engineer a reference video (pacing, shots, camera, emotional beats) and recreate the format — capture WHY it works, don't just copy it
- Generate consistent, defect-free AI images and convincing AI video
- Work from rough or incomplete briefs and fill in the visual details yourself
- Edit, add captions/audio/timing, and deliver one finished ad per day

YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU:
- Spot AI defects instantly and never accept the first usable-looking generation
- Move fast without endlessly over-perfecting
- Apply feedback without repeating the same mistakes
- Take ownership of the final video quality

YOU'RE NOT A FIT IF YOU:
- Need every shot explained in detail
- Only know how to copy prompts
- Produce static, generic, obviously-AI scenes
- Need several days for a single short video

THE PAID TEST:
One demo video. We give you a reference ad, a demo product, and a full script. You deliver one polished AI ad. We pay $60 for this demo. If it's strong and fast, we move into ongoing daily work.
