WHO WE ARE
Brida is a fast-growing DTC eCommerce brand that scaled to 7 figures per month in under 2 months. We are now expanding our performance team and looking for detail-obsessed operators who want to be part of something that is moving fast and scaling even faster.
We run a lean, high-output team where every role matters. If you take pride in flawless execution, love living inside Meta Ads Manager, and want a stable long-term role with a brand that rewards reliability, this seat is for you.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE
The purpose of the Ad Launcher at Brida is to be the reliable engine that gets our creatives into the ad account correctly, on time, and ready to perform. This is a pure execution role. You do not set strategy, manage budgets, or make scaling decisions. That work belongs to our Media Buyer.
Your job is to take approved creatives and copy from our team, build out campaigns, ad sets, and ads inside Meta Ads Manager following our exact naming conventions and structures, and stage everything perfectly before it goes live. When a new batch of creatives drops, nothing sits. You get it loaded.
At Brida, one mistake inside the ad account costs real money. This means you triple-check every upload before it goes out. You flag issues before anyone else notices them. You are the last line of defense between a brief and a live ad, and you treat that responsibility seriously.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Onboarding
• Deeply study Brida's campaign structure, naming conventions, and ad build standards
• Learn our creative delivery workflow from Drive to Ads Manager and understand every checkpoint
• Shadow the Media Buyer to fully understand how launched ads connect to our broader performance strategy
Ongoing Responsibilities
• Pull approved creatives and copy from our shared Drive and build out campaigns, ad sets, and ads in Meta Ads Manager according to our exact structure
• Upload all assets, verify destination URLs, copy, UTM parameters, and tracking before staging ads for review
• Keep all campaigns toggled off and properly staged until the Media Buyer gives the signal to go live
• Maintain strict naming conventions across every campaign so performance data reads cleanly
• Flag any issues immediately: missing files, broken links, mismatched copy, or anything that does not match the brief
• Maintain and update the creative tracker to ensure every asset is logged and accounted for
• Communicate daily with the Media Buyer and creative team on launch status and any blockers
• Perform quality checks on every ad build using our pre-launch checklist before marking tasks as complete
• Support the team with ad account organization, archiving, and keeping the account structure clean

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required Experience
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience building and uploading ads inside Meta Ads Manager for a DTC or eCommerce brand
• Experience working with campaign structures, ad sets, naming conventions, and UTM tracking parameters
• Familiarity with Meta ad formats including single image, video, carousel, and collection ads
• Experience using shared file systems such as Google Drive or Dropbox to receive and manage creative assets
• Exposure to creative trackers or task management tools such as ClickUp, Notion, or Google Sheets
• Experience working within a team environment where accuracy and speed both matter
• Fluent English speaker and writer
Character Traits We Hire For
• Obsessive attention to detail: you triple-check everything before hitting publish and errors on your watch are rare
• Fast executor: when a creative batch drops, you move immediately without needing to be chased
• Proactive communicator: you flag problems before they become someone else's emergency
• Systems-oriented: you follow processes exactly and maintain clean, consistent structure without shortcuts
• Reliable and consistent: you show up, you deliver, and the team never has to wonder where things stand
• Humble and coachable: you take feedback well and are committed to doing the job the right way, not your way
• Organized under pressure: you can manage multiple ad builds and deadlines simultaneously without dropping the ball
________________________________________________________________
THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF...
• You are not deeply familiar with Meta Ads Manager and how campaigns are structured
• You cut corners or skip steps when things get busy
• You need constant follow-up to complete tasks or meet deadlines
• You are looking for a strategy or decision-making role: this is a pure execution seat
• You are slow to respond or hard to reach during core working hours
• You do not communicate proactively when something is wrong or missing
• You are disorganized and struggle to manage multiple builds at once
• You have never supported a DTC or eCommerce brand inside an ad account
• You are not passionate about doing the foundational work that makes the whole system run
