JOB OVERVIEW

Hi,
My name is Vera and I own multiple Scandinavian eCommerce brands. I’m
looking for a serious Performance Video Editor who understands how to create ads that
sell.
I don’t care about cinematic videos or flashy editing.
I care about one thing:
Creating video ads that generate sales.
This is an ongoing opportunity based on performance. If your work delivers results, there
will always be more work.

About the Role
I currently operate 2 eCommerce brands, producing
approximately 10 new Meta ad videos every week.
Your role is to create high-converting video advertisements for Facebook and Instagram.
You won’t be starting from scratch.
I’ll give you access to:
* My complete B-roll library.
* Product videos.
* UGC content.
* Previous winning advertisements.
* Brand assets.
* Creative materials.
* Everything I’ve collected over time.
I’ll also personally train you and show you exactly how I create my ads, why they work,
what has failed, and how I think when producing new creatives.
I’ve already built a system that works.
Each product follows proven creative concepts and multiple hooks.
Your job is to understand the system, improve it, and eventually create ads that perform
even better than mine.
That’s the goal.

What I’m Looking For
I’m not looking for someone who simply edits videos.
I’m looking for someone who understands performance marketing.
Someone who thinks creatively.
Someone who enjoys testing new ideas.
Someone who wants to improve every single week.
I want someone who takes ownership of the creative process instead of waiting for
instructions.

Skills Required
You should already know how to:
* Create high-converting Meta ads.
* Build strong hooks within the first 3 seconds.
* Create clean, professional subtitles.
* Use motion graphics and motion control naturally.
* Find additional B-roll or stock footage when needed.
* Keep viewers engaged with fast-paced editing.
* Match music and sound effects correctly.
* Create ads for both Norway and Denmark and Sweden.

AI Experience
AI is becoming a huge part of content creation.
Experience with tools like ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI, Google Veo/Gemini, AI
voice cloning, AI subtitles or similar tools is a big advantage.

If you consistently create great-performing ads, there will be more work, more
responsibility and higher pay over time.
