JOB OVERVIEW

WHO WE ARE

Brida is a fast-growing DTC eCommerce brand that scaled to 7 figures per month in under 2 months. We are now building our performance marketing team and looking for people who want to grow with us and help shape the next phase of this company.

We move fast, we think big, and we reward performance. If you want to manage significant ad spend, drive real revenue through data-driven decisions, and grow into a senior paid media role, this is your seat.

________________________________________________________________

THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE

The purpose of the Junior Media Buyer at Brida is to be rock-solid in managing the day-to-day of our Meta ad account, launching ads and making data-based decisions that drive revenue for our eCommerce brand.

As a Junior Media Buyer, you take pride in doing all the little things correctly and have the track record to prove it. Managing tens of thousands of dollars per day of someone else's capital means you pay immense attention to detail with every action you take.

You are on the front lines of all things data. You take initiative in analyzing, interpreting, and reporting performance so the whole team can make better decisions, faster. Your role is to work alongside our founders and creative team, follow our media buying systems, and ensure we are hitting KPIs month over month.

________________________________________________________________

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Onboarding

• Audit the ad account to identify top-performing ads, audiences, and creative patterns
• Learn and fully embrace Brida's media buying structure, frameworks, and KPIs

Ongoing Responsibilities

• Launch new ads and creative tests inside Meta Ads Manager following our exact structure and process
• Monitor the account daily and flag any anomalies in spend, delivery, or performance
• Communicate with the team daily on account status, launches, and any issues
• Attend weekly team calls and report on what has been launched and what is live
• Complete weekly and monthly performance reports with clear takeaways and recommended next steps
• Scale budgets and take on full creative testing ownership as you grow into the role
• Progress toward full independent ownership of the Meta ad account based on performance and reliability

________________________________________________________________

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience setting up, launching, and managing Meta ads for a Shopify or DTC eCommerce brand
• Proven experience managing ad accounts spending $5,000+ per day
• Experience setting up and troubleshooting Meta pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and attribution tools
• Experience analyzing performance data and delivering structured reports to a team
• Familiarity with creative testing methodologies and performance creative frameworks
• Experience working in a team environment with clearly defined individual roles
• Fluent English speaker and writer

Character Traits We Hire For

• Excruciating attention to detail: nothing slips through the cracks, especially inside an ad account
• Fast mover: accessible, responsive, and acts with urgency when performance demands it
• Extremely organized: manages multiple campaigns, tests, and deadlines without dropping the ball
• Data communicator: translates numbers into clear, actionable insights the whole team can act on
• Accountable and reliable: owns the account like it's your own money on the line
• Collaborative: shares ideas, flags issues early, and keeps the team informed
• Coachable: hungry to grow your skill set and open to feedback

________________________________________________________________

THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF...

• You do not pay close attention to detail: one wrong input costs real money
• You don't have proven experience running and scaling Meta ads for eCommerce
• You are a slow mover and hard to reach during core working hours
• You are not a strong communicator with both data and people
• You don't thrive in a high-operating, fast-paced environment
• You are disorganized and struggle to manage multiple priorities at once
• You are not a team player: siloed working does not exist here
• You don't understand eCommerce and what drives a customer to purchase
• You are not passionate about growth, personally and professionally
