CREDIT REPAIR & BUSINESS FUNDING SYSTEMS BUILDER

Location: Philippines — Remote

Engagement: Paid Project With Long-Term Opportunity

Project Compensation: $3,000–$5,000 USD

Long-Term Compensation: $10–$15 USD per hour, plus potential performance incentives

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are building a US-based credit repair company, business funding company and Skool community.

We are looking for a talented and resourceful systems builder with previous experience in credit repair, business funding, or a related financial-services company.

This is not a basic administrative VA position. You do not need to have years of senior-level experience, but you must be technically capable, learn quickly and know how to turn ideas into organized systems.

We are not afraid to pay for talent. The right candidate will begin with a paid evaluation, advance into a milestone-based buildout, and be considered for a long-term position with the company.

WHAT YOU WILL HELP US BUILD

• Credit repair workflows and operating systems

• Business funding qualification and fulfillment systems

• A complete Skool classroom and community

• GoHighLevel pipelines, forms, calendars and automations

• Email, SMS, onboarding and follow-up sequences

• CRM stages, tags, triggers, custom fields and dashboards

• Written and Loom-based SOPs

• Customer trackers, checklists, scripts and templates

• Google Drive file and training organization

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in credit repair, business funding, or related financial services

• Hands-on experience building GoHighLevel workflows and automations

• Experience creating SOPs, process documentation and Loom training videos

• Strong knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Drive

• Experience using ChatGPT, Claude or similar AI tools

• Strong research, organization and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Experience with Skool, Credit Repair Cloud, Zapier, Make, webhooks, credit disputes or funding applications is highly preferred.

ASSESSMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Verifiable C2 English proficiency

• Verifiable IQ assessment score of 130 or higher

If you have not completed these assessments, you must be willing to complete them before advancing to the interview stage.

COMPENSATION AND GROWTH

The selected candidate will begin with a paid evaluation project.

Candidates who pass will advance into a milestone-based buildout paying approximately $3,000–$5,000 USD, depending on experience and final project scope.

Top performers will be considered for a long-term independent-contractor position paying $10–$15 USD per hour, with opportunities for performance bonuses and increased responsibility.
