Our photography is a core part of our brand. We are looking for someone who can transform real event photography into campaign-quality imagery while preserving authenticity.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Image Editor who combines strong Photoshop skills with modern AI tools.

Your primary responsibility will be transforming existing event photographs into polished marketing assets.

This is not a role creating fantasy AI artwork from scratch.

Instead, you will take real photographs and enhance them while preserving the people exactly as photographed.

Example Projects
Background Replacement

Many of our events take place in historic venues.

In some cases, venue owners do not want recognizable architectural features shown publicly.

Your job will be to:

Remove recognizable interiors
Replace them with elegant architectural environments
Extend backgrounds naturally
Preserve the lighting and mood
Make the edits invisible
Environmental Enhancement

Transform ordinary event photography into premium campaign imagery by:

removing distractions
extending environments
enhancing atmosphere
improving lighting
adding architectural depth
creating cinematic backgrounds
Image Cleanup

Remove:

exit signs
fire extinguishers
electrical outlets
cords
speakers
venue clutter
unwanted guests
distracting objects
Brand Consistency

Help establish a recognizable Masqué visual style across:

website
social media

email campaigns
event pages
advertisements

You Should Be Able To...

Take this:

A guest photographed against a recognizable wall inside a venue.

And produce this:

The exact same guest appearing inside an elegant, believable architectural environment with matching lighting and no visible evidence of AI editing.

What We Value

We are not looking for the fastest editor.

We are looking for someone who notices details.

You should naturally see things like:

perspective mismatches
inconsistent shadows
incorrect reflections
AI artifacts
duplicated textures
lighting inconsistencies
unrealistic edges

Your work should look like the photograph was originally taken that way.

Test Assignment

Applicants will receive one real event photograph.

Your task will be to:

Replace the background
Preserve the subject exactly
Remove all recognizable venue features
Deliver a realistic final image suitable for luxury marketing

We are evaluating:

Portfolio alone will not determine hiring.

Hours

10–20 hours per week initially.

Potential to become an ongoing member of our creative team as Masqué expands.
