JOB OVERVIEW

We are a licensed, insured commercial exterior cleaning and debris-hauling company based in Central Florida (USA). We're hiring a confident, English-fluent Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to run our outbound sales outreach — calling local businesses, booking appointments, and following up by email and text.

You will run TWO separate calling campaigns (full training provided):
1) Commercial exterior cleaning — calling property managers, HOAs, restaurants, and gas stations.
2) Debris hauling / junk removal — calling roofers, general contractors, and restoration companies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Make outbound cold calls during US Eastern (Florida) business hours
- Book qualified appointments and demos onto our calendar
- Log every call, outcome, and follow-up in our CRM (QuoteIQ — we train you)
- Send follow-up emails and texts using our proven scripts
- Send a short end-of-day report (calls made, people reached, appointments booked)

REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent spoken English, clear and neutral accent (this is a phone-heavy role)
- Prior cold calling / appointment setting / telemarketing / sales experience (US clients preferred)
- Reliable computer, quality headset, and stable high-speed internet
- Able to work US Eastern time zone hours
- Organized, coachable, and comfortable hearing "no" and moving on
- Bonus: experience with CRMs, Google Workspace, and home-services or B2B sales

SCHEDULE & PAY
- ~20 hours/week to start (Mon-Fri, US Eastern business hours), with room to grow to full-time for the right person
- $700-$950/month depending on experience, PLUS performance bonuses for booked appointments that show up
