About the Role
Night Vision Australia is seeking a practical and commercially minded Ecommerce & CRO Website Assistant to support the redevelopment and ongoing improvement of our ecommerce website.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, this role will help create a smoother and more effective online shopping experience by improving website navigation, product discovery, landing pages, product content and the overall customer journey.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone with ecommerce and conversion rate optimisation experience who is also confident building and editing website pages. The successful candidate should be comfortable implementing improvements independently within WordPress and Elementor, while working with developers on more complex technical requirements.
The role will play an important part in helping us convert more existing website traffic into paying customers and generate more online sales without customers needing to contact us first.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the redevelopment and ongoing optimisation of the Night Vision Australia website.
• Work with the Head of Marketing, SEO specialist and developers to deliver website projects.
• Build, edit and maintain ecommerce pages using WordPress, WooCommerce & Elementor etc.
• Build and improve product filters, category navigation and product discovery tools.
• Create product recommendation quizzes, product selectors and comparison tools.
• Develop educational, campaign, category and product comparison landing pages.
• Improve product pages, calls to action, website copy and supporting content.
• Review the customer journey and identify points where visitors become confused, encounter friction or leave the website.
• Support mobile, cart and checkout optimisation.
• Assist with CRO testing, reviewing results and refining website improvements.
• Conduct website quality checks to ensure pages and features display correctly across desktop and mobile.
Required Experience
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Previous ecommerce website management, website building or optimisation experience.
• Demonstrated experience in conversion rate optimisation.
• Hands-on experience building and editing ecommerce pages using WordPress and WooCommerce.
• Experience creating landing pages, product comparison tools, filters, quizzes or product selection tools.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce UX, mobile optimisation and online customer journeys.
• Ability to interpret website performance data and turn it into practical improvements.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic website, layout and plugin issues.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple website tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing teams, developers and external agencies.

Salary for this role is 30,000 PHP per month for 20 hours a week work in part time capacity.

We offer 5 days sick leave and 10 days annual leave per year (pro rated for part time roles)
