JOB OVERVIEW

## Job Description

We are looking for an experienced FL Studio producer to join our growing music production team. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is highly skilled in creating professional-quality instrumentals from scratch.

**Important:** We are **not** looking for producers who rely on pre-made loops or construction kits. We are looking for musicians and producers who understand composition, music theory, and professional production techniques.

### Responsibilities

* Create original custom beats from scratch in FL Studio.
* Compose original melodies, chord progressions, basslines, and drum arrangements.
* Produce beats in a variety of modern styles including Hip-Hop, Trap, Cinematic, K-Pop Rap, Drill, Pop, and Sync-ready music.
* Deliver organized FL Studio project files (.flp) along with all required audio files and stems.
* Make revisions based on creative feedback.
* Maintain consistent communication and meet project deadlines.

### Required Skills

* Expert-level knowledge of FL Studio.
* Strong understanding of music theory, including:

* Keys
* Scales
* Chord progressions
* Harmony
* Melody writing
* Song structure
* Ability to create original compositions without relying on loops.
* Strong sound selection and arrangement skills.
* Basic to intermediate mixing skills, including:

* Level balancing
* EQ
* Compression
* Stereo placement
* Creating clean, professional-sounding beats
* Experience exporting stems and properly organizing project files.

### Preferred Qualifications

* Experience producing music for sync licensing, television, film, or commercial placements.
* Ability to work across multiple genres while maintaining commercial-quality production.
* Fast turnaround times.
* Strong attention to detail.
