JOB OVERVIEW

ADP Workforce & HR Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and highly trustworthy professional to support ADP administration, recruiting, onboarding, payroll preparation, and general HR operations.

This position requires someone who can handle sensitive employee and company information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, self-directed worker who follows through, keeps accurate records, and completes assignments without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Validate employee timecards before payroll.
Identify missing punches, incorrect hours, meal-break issues, overtime concerns, and other exceptions.
Complete employee onboarding and maintain accurate records in ADP Workforce.
Process terminations and associated documentation.
Run payroll, attendance, PTO, headcount, and employee-status reports.
Conduct candidate prescreening and initial interviews.
Coordinate and follow through on drug tests and background checks.
Track candidates through interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, and activation.
Schedule interviews, training sessions, and employee appointments.
Maintain recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and HR trackers.
Follow up consistently until every assigned item is completed.
Escalate important issues to management promptly.
Protect confidential employee and business information at all times.
