JOB OVERVIEW

Local SEO & Digital Marketing VA (Part-Time) – $9/hour

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Digital Marketing VA based in the Philippines to support three local California businesses: ---------- (Chiropractic/Personal Injury – 50% priority), ---------- (Real Estate – 25%), and ---------- (Public Adjusting – 25%).

The role focuses on improving local search visibility across major platforms, creating website content, performing technical SEO, and managing social media. You will optimize and maintain Google Business Profiles (GBP), Apple Business Connect listings, and Bing Places/Business listings (including posts, photos, reviews, Q&A, services, and ongoing accuracy). You will use ---------- tools (Local Citation Finder, Local Ranking Grids, Local Rank Tracker), create and publish full-length SEO articles with Brandwell.ai (2–3 articles per week for the priority site and 1 article per week for each of the other two), and handle technical SEO audits and repairs using SEMrush One. You will also launch, manage, and grow Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts using tools such as Buffer or Metricool, Canva Pro, Meta Business Suite, and YouTube Studio.

The schedule is Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time (20 hours per week). Compensation is $9.00 USD per hour, paid on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month. Daily requirements include a 15-minute Zoom check-in, an end-of-day email summarizing accomplishments and next-day plans, and a Friday weekly summary with highlights and targets for the following week.

Applicants must have strong Local SEO experience, including Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, and Bing listings management, hands-on skill with ---------- tools, Brandwell.ai (or similar), and SEMrush One (including technical SEO repairs), proven social media management experience across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, excellent near-native written English, and the ability to work independently with high attention to detail. Experience supporting U.S. clients is preferred.
