Solar Project Manager (Residential Solar, Battery & Roofing)

US Power Solar is a rapidly growing residential solar, battery storage, and roofing company based in Los Angeles, California. As our installation volume continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Solar Project Manager to become a key member of our operations team.
This is a full-time remote position based in the Philippines, supporting homeowners, utilities, and contractors throughout California.

Responsibilities
Manage residential solar, battery, roofing, and electrical projects from contract through Permission to Operate (PTO)
Coordinate site surveys, engineering, permitting, utility interconnection, inspections, and final approvals
Prepare and submit permit packages to California jurisdictions
Manage utility interconnection applications (SCE, LADWP, SDG&E, etc.)
Schedule installations, roofing, electrical work, main panel upgrades, inspections, and corrective work
Coordinate with installers, electricians, roofers, engineers, inspectors, utilities, and homeowners
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the installation process
Provide outstanding customer service and regular project updates
Track project milestones and proactively resolve delays
Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and CRM notes
Work closely with sales, design, permitting, and field teams to keep projects moving efficiently
Continuously identify opportunities to improve operations and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of residential solar project management experience
Strong knowledge of California permitting, inspections, utility interconnection, and PTO processes
Experience managing multiple residential solar projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office
Willing to work U.S. Pacific Time business hours
Preferred Experience
Aurora Solar
Solargraf
Go High Level (GHL)
Salesforce or similar project management software
Roofing coordination
Main Panel Upgrades (MPUs)
Battery storage systems (Tesla, Enphase, FranklinWH, etc.)
Experience working with California AHJs and utilities
C-46 industry experience is a plus
