JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Admin to join our growing team. This is a remote position that is open to beginners who have excellent English communication skills, are eager to learn, and can work independently.

Responsibilities
• Manage and update GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Respond to emails, messages, and customer inquiries
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks
• Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers to ensure smooth operations
• Learn and use new software and online tools as needed

Requirements
• Open to beginners
• Excellent written and spoken English (B1-C1 proficiency required)
• Comfortable handling phone calls with clients
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using a laptop and online software
• Stable internet connection
• Willing to learn new systems and processes

Work Setup
• Remote
• Time Zone: PST (Pacific Standard Time)
• Working hours will be discussed during the hiring process.
