ABOUT THE BUSINESS

Sunflower Faith Designs is a new Australian creative business selling digital products, including editable Canva templates, printable designs, digital stickers, event kits, sublimation designs and other downloadable products.

I am looking for an experienced and reliable Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to help me set up, organise and grow my Etsy and Shopify stores.

I will create and provide the designs and product ideas. Your role will be to prepare, upload, organise, optimise and promote the digital products.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

ETSY:

* Upload and publish digital product listings.
* Upload product images, mockups, PDFs, ZIP files and Canva template links.
* Organise products into the correct categories and sections.
* Check that customers can download and access the files correctly.
* Improve existing listings when necessary.

SHOPIFY:

* Help complete and organise the Shopify website.
* Upload digital products, images, descriptions and prices.
* Create and organise digital product collections.
* Improve the homepage, menus and website navigation.
* Help connect digital download delivery tools.
* Test the purchasing and download process.
* Check that the website works correctly on mobile and desktop.
* Help connect the domain and social media accounts.

SOCIAL MEDIA:

* Help ---------- the Instagram and Facebook business pages.
* Prepare and schedule posts, reels and stories.
* Promote Etsy listings and direct customers to the Shopify website.
* Keep the branding consistent across all platforms.

REQUIRED SKILLS

* Practical experience with Etsy digital products.
* Experience setting up or managing Shopify stores.
* Good knowledge of Etsy SEO, keywords and tags.
* Experience uploading downloadable files and Canva template links.
* Good Canva skills.
* Experience creating digital product mockups.
* Experience with Instagram and Facebook business pages.
* Good written English.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Honest, organised, reliable and able to follow instructions.

IMPORTANT

This business sells digital products only. There is no physical inventory, packaging or shipping. (At this stage)

I will create the main designs and provide the product direction. I need someone who can professionally prepare, upload, optimise, organise and promote the digital products.

WORK ARRANGEMENT

* Part-time position.
* Approximately 5_10 hours per week initially.
* Initial paid trial period.
* Flexible working hours with regular communication.
* Possibility of increasing the hours as the business grows.
* Payment fortnightly by agreement.
