JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a Staff Accountant with Sage Intacct experience to join a fully remote team.

What You'll Do
-Manage day-to-day accounting across multiple entities.
-Prepare and post journal entries, including payroll entries and accruals.
-Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate account coding.
-Assist with month-end and year-end close.
-Review and post accounts payable transactions.
-Process cash receipts and cash postings.
-Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
-Review financial statements and assist with financial reporting.
-Identify opportunities to improve workflows using Excel, AI, and automation.
-Maintain accurate records and support reporting enhancements in Sage Intacct.

What I'm Looking For
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
-3–5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
-Hands-on experience with accounts payable, cash postings, journal entries, accruals, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statement review.
-Required: Sage Intacct experience.
-Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
-Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
-Interest in AI, automation, and process improvement.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
-Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
