JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant (Leasing Operations)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our leasing operations team. The ideal candidate is proactive, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update CRM records and internal systems ( ---------- ) with accuracy and attention to detail.
Prepare, review, and draft residential lease agreements, amendments, and related addendums to ensure all information is complete and accurate.
Manage incoming leads by assigning them to the appropriate sales representatives based on internal processes and availability.
Ensure data integrity across all systems and promptly update records as new information becomes available.
Support the leasing team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Experience using CRM platforms and project management software ( ---------- experience is an asset).
Strong written English and the ability to prepare accurate legal and administrative documents.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Previous experience in real estate, leasing, or administrative support is considered an asset.

Initial role is part time (10am to 4pm EST) with a position to transition into full time if this works.
