About Us

We're a US-based direct-to-consumer supplement brand scaling on Meta. We run a high-volume creative testing operation — new statics, advertorials, and video angles go live constantly — and we need someone reliable to handle the day-to-day execution inside the ad accounts so our team can stay focused on creative and strategy.

What You'll Do

Upload and launch new ads across campaigns and adsets, following our naming conventions and testing structure
Duplicate, pause, and organize campaigns/adsets so accounts stay clean and readable
Moderate and clear comments daily across live ads (hide/delete negative or non-compliant comments, flag anything that needs attention)
Keep launch trackers and creative logs updated so we always know what's live and what's been tested
Pull basic performance data and report on what's spending and what's not

What We Need From You

Proven experience media buying on Meta Ads Manager — not boosting posts, actual campaign/adset/ad level work
Experience with ecommerce brands specifically (Shopify a big plus)
Comfortable working inside multiple ad accounts and Business Managers
Strong attention to detail — wrong audience or wrong creative in the wrong adset costs us real money
Reliable daily availability and clear English communication
Able to log your own hours honestly and consistently

Nice to Have

Experience in the supplement or health/wellness space
Familiarity with Meta ad policy and compliance in health verticals
Basic comfort with Google Sheets tracking
