JOB OVERVIEW

About us
We're an Australian lead-generation agency for trade businesses (concreting, retaining walls, bathroom renovations, landscaping). We run Meta and Google ads, build landing pages, and manage the full client journey in GoHighLevel across multiple sub-accounts. Our CRM automations are the engine room — and right now they need someone who knows GHL deeply to take real ownership of them.

What this role actually is
This is not a ticket-taking role where you wait to be told exactly what to build. Our automations have grown messy over time and we suspect there are a lot of bugs — especially in how opportunities move through our pipelines across our different niche template accounts.

We need someone who can:

Read our existing GHL automations and get up to speed fast — figure out what they're doing without us holding your hand.
Find and fix the bugs — the double-firing notifications, the leads that don't create opportunities, the workflows that misfire.
Simplify. Fewer moving parts, one job per workflow, root-cause fixes instead of more band-aids. If you make things simpler and more reliable, you're doing the job.
Keep multiple sub-accounts / snapshots in sync as our automations evolve.
Handle ad-hoc builds too: workflows, custom fields and values, pipelines, snapshots, calendars.
If your instinct when you see a messy automation is to untangle and simplify it — not just add more on top — you'll do well here.

You're a strong fit if you have
Real, hands-on GoHighLevel experience across multiple sub-accounts (agency background ideal).
A track record of diagnosing broken/convoluted automations and making them simpler and more reliable.
Solid grasp of workflows (triggers vs filters), custom fields/values, pipelines & opportunity stages, and snapshots.
Experience with LC Phone / Twilio setup and SMS deliverability (A2P/10DLC) is a big plus.
Clear communication — you can explain a mess in plain English, not just jargon.
Good daily overlap with Australian business hours.
How to apply
Please apply through our short application form (link below). Shortlisted applicants get a paid-style skills test sent via WhatsApp — it's a real broken automation we'll ask you to diagnose and simplify, plus a couple of small build tasks. We care far more about how you think than how fast you click.

Application form: ----------

We read every application. Tell us honestly what you're strong at and where you're still learning — we value that over someone who claims to know everything.
