QUALIFICATIONS
VosaTek is seeking an experienced Government Contract & Proposal Specialist to identify, prepare, and submit competitive government bids. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing opportunities, analyzing solicitations, preparing compliant proposals, researching pricing, and meeting proposal deadlines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Search and identify government contracting opportunities through ---------- , GSA eBuy, GovTribe, BidNet, and other procurement platforms.
• Review and interpret solicitations, RFPs, RFOs, IFBs, and Scope of Work (SOW) documents.
• Prepare complete, accurate, and compliant government proposals.
• Source pricing from manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.
• Develop competitive pricing strategies while maintaining profitability.
• Coordinate proposal documentation, certifications, and required forms.
• Track bid opportunities and ensure all proposal deadlines are met.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, contracting officers, and internal tea ---------- mbers.
• Maintain organized proposal files and bid records.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in government contracting and proposal preparation.
• Demonstrated experience using ---------- and other government procurement platforms.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret Scope of Work (SOW) documents.
• Experience sourcing products and obtaining competitive vendor pricing.
• Knowledge of FAR and federal procurement processes is preferred
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Typing speed of 30+ words per minute.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and other proposal software.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

AI EXPERIIENCE PREFERRED
We are looking for candidates with experience leveraging Al tools to improve research, proposal writing, pricing analysis, compliance, and overall productivity. Familiarity with Al platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar tools is a plus.
• Experience with federal, state, or local government contracting.
• Knowledge of GSA Schedule contracts is a plus.
• Experience working with technology, IT hardware, office supplies, or telecommunications procurements.
• Experience using Al tools to support proposal development, market research, compliance checks, pricing analysis, and content creation.
