Telemarketer (Appointment Setter)

We're looking for a confident and energetic Telemarketer with fluent/native-level American English to join our team. In this role, you'll make outbound calls daily, engage potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our advisors. The ideal candidate is personable, persuasive, goal-oriented, and comfortable speaking with people over the phone.

Responsibilities:

Make high-volume outbound calls each day
Speak fluent/native American English with a professional tone
Build rapport with prospective clients
Qualify leads and book appointments
Update CRM records and call notes
Meet daily and weekly appointment targets
Handle objections professionally and confidently
Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating appointments, handling client communications, maintaining records, and providing day-to-day administrative support. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask are essential.

Responsibilities:

Manage calendars and schedule appointments
Answer emails and client inquiries professionally
Maintain client files and databases
Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
Coordinate meetings and follow-ups
Support the team with administrative tasks
Ensure efficient daily office operations

Requirements (Preferred for Both Roles):

Fluent/native-level American English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Professional phone etiquette
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is an asset
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
