JOB OVERVIEW

We're a US-based marketing and automation agency looking for two reliable cold callers to book appointments with small business owners in the United States.

You will NOT be closing sales. Your only job is to get the business owner on a 15-minute call with our founder. We handle everything after that.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Call small business owners in the US (roofing contractors, auto shops, wellness clinics)
- Follow a proven script — we give you the exact words
- Handle basic objections and get a time on the calendar
- Log every call in a shared Google Sheet ---------- dials per day

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Clear, confident English speaking voice — this is a phone job, accent is fine, clarity is not optional
- Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience preferred but not required
- Reliable internet and a quiet place to work
- Willing to work US Pacific hours (roughly 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM Philippine time)
- Comfortable hearing "no" many times a day and staying upbeat

WHAT WE PROVIDE
- Full script and objection handling guide
- Clean, verified lead lists (no scraping, no guessing)
- Dialer and all tools
- Direct training from the founder

PAY
- $500 USD per month base, paid every 15 days
- PLUS $12 USD bonus for every meeting that actually shows up
- Realistic first month: $560-$680 total
- Top performers earn more as they improve

HOW TO APPLY
