JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Part Time General Virtual Assistant
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented part- time Virtual Assistant to support our team on weekdays. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in administrative tasks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities:
-Provide general administrative support (email management, scheduling, data entry, etc.)
-Assist with basic research and organization tasks
-Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail in all tasks
-Handle confidential information with professionalism
-Complete assigned projects within deadlines
- QuickBooks knowledge is appreciated

Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-High attention to detail and accuracy
-Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Availability to work every Saturday & Sunday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST
