JOB OVERVIEW

We are a French e-commerce company selling home & garden products under our own brand on Amazon EU (France, Spain, Germany, Italy - FBA, ~800k EUR/year). We run a modern, AI-assisted operation: our AI agent monitors the account daily and drafts replies, Seller Support cases and reports in all four local languages. YOUR ROLE is to be the human in the loop - review, validate, click, escalate. This is NOT a "do everything manually" role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Review AI-drafted replies to customer messages (Amazon Buyer Messages + our HubSpot inbox) and send them after checking accuracy and tone
- Handle warranty claims for our garden hose line: verify purchase date, apply our replacement/refund policy, process refunds and replacements up to 50 EUR per case (above that, escalate)
- Review AI-drafted Seller Support cases, submit them, track responses and follow up until resolution
- Handle routine issues: stranded inventory, suppressed listings, attribute conflicts, FBA reimbursements
- Act on the AI's daily account-health brief (posted in Slack each morning) and upload validated listing content
- Keep response time under 24h, 7 days a week (we care about SLA, not fixed hours)

REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience (seller side): Buyer Messages, Seller Support case flow, FBA returns, Manage Inventory
- Amazon EU marketplace experience is a strong plus (VAT invoices, Pan-EU basics)
- Excellent written English (C1+). French/Spanish/German/Italian NOT required - our AI drafts in all four languages; you check structure and send
- Comfortable learning new tools fast: Slack, HubSpot, Sellerboard (we will train you)
- Reliable internet, own computer, at least 2-3h overlap with European mornings (CET)
- Meticulous: you read before you click. Blind approval of AI output is the one way to fail at this job

WE OFFER
- 5-8 USD/hr depending on experience, paid via Wise on time, 13th-month pay after 1 year
