AI Content Creator / Social Media Manager (Advanced AI Content Systems)

We’re looking for an advanced-level AI Content Creator / Social Media Manager who already lives and breathes AI-driven content creation and understands how to create content that actually performs on social media.

This is not an entry-level role.

You should already have hands-on experience creating high-performing AI content, building repeatable workflows, researching viral trends, and producing content at scale without needing constant direction.

We move fast, test fast, and scale fast.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Creating high-quality AI-generated content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and short-form platforms
* Taking rough concepts/ideas and independently turning them into finished content systems
* Researching viral content, outliers, hooks, trends, and adapting them into AI-driven content strategies
* Producing realistic AI visuals and videos that feel native to social platforms
* Collaborating on content direction, brand development, creative testing, and scaling systems
* Using AI tools to recreate and remix winning formats across multiple niches
* Building efficient workflows and automation systems to increase content output and consistency

Required Skills (Must Check ALL Boxes)

Advanced AI Content Creation

* Advanced prompting for realism image generation inside:
* Nano Banana
* GPT2 Image
* Advanced prompting and video creation inside:
* Kling
* Seedance
* Strong understanding of cinematic realism, creator-life realism, UGC-style content, and social-first visuals
* Experience creating viral-style AI videos that feel native and human

HeyGen / Talking Head Content

* Advanced experience using HeyGen Avatar V
* Ability to create realistic talking head videos, UGC content, podcast-style content, and social media ad creatives
* Understanding of scripting, pacing, delivery, hooks, and retention

Social Media / Content Strategy

* Viral content research is mandatory
* Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube trends
* Ability to identify winning content patterns and reproduce/adapt them using AI
* Strong copywriting and hook-writing ability
* Ability to collaborate on ideas while also independently executing

Huge Plus If You Have Experience With

* Claude workflows
* Higgsfield
* HeyGen
* Canva
* AI design systems
* Automation flows
* Content production pipelines
* AI-assisted editing systems
* Video editing
