JOB OVERVIEW

About us:
We are a premium European fashion brand called Don't Waste Culture ( ---------- ), focused on timeless design, quality and storytelling. It's a menswear brand, but with an unisex customer base.
We don't chase trends. We build collections with purpose and work with creators who genuinely fit our brand and aesthetic.
We're looking for someone who understands fashion, has an eye for style, and enjoys building long-term relationships with creators.

This is not a traditional outreach role.

You'll be responsible for managing our entire creator program—from finding the right creators to making sure content is delivered on time and ready for founder approval.

What you'll do:
Creator Research
- Find high-quality creators on Instagram and TikTok.
- Focus primarily on creators from The Netherlands and Germany (with Belgium and France as secondary markets).
- Research creators who genuinely fit our premium fashion aesthetic.
- Evaluate their style, on-camera presence, communication skills and overall brand fit.
- Build creator shortlists for founder approval.

Creator Outreach
- Reach out to creators professionally.
- Explain our gifting collaboration program.
- Build positive relationships.
- Answer questions throughout the collaboration.
- Escalate paid collaboration opportunities to the founders when necessary.

Creator Operations
- Create product orders in Shopify and our CRM system.
- Coordinate shipments.
- Send tracking information.
- Ensure every creator receives the correct products.

Project Management
- Follow up with creators.
- Monitor deadlines.
- Make sure content is delivered on time.
- Keep every collaboration organized from start to finish.

Content Coordination
- Collect all delivered videos.
- Organize content clearly.
- Present content to the founders for review and approval.
- Request revisions when needed.

Creator Database
- Maintain an organized creator database.
- Track communication history.
- Keep records of delivered content.
-Monitor creator performance.
Identify creators for future collaborations.

What we're looking for
You have:
- Experience with influencer outreach, creator management or UGC (fashion experience is a strong advantage).
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Great communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset.
- Sense for aesthetic
- The confidence to follow up with creators professionally.

Most importantly...

You have an excellent eye for fashion and styling.

You understand the difference between creators who simply wear clothes and creators who genuinely elevate a premium fashion brand.

You notice details like styling, body language, confidence on camera, aesthetics and overall presentation.

Quality is far more important to us than quantity.

Tools you'll use:
- Shopify
- Slack
- Gmail
- Google Sheets
- ClickUp

What success looks like
- Maintain a high-quality monthly pool of approximately 15–20 active creators.
- Deliver strong creator shortlists for founder approval.
- Build lasting relationships with our best-performing creators.
- Ensure products are shipped accurately and on time.
- Ensure creators deliver content within agreed deadlines.
- Maintain an accurate and organized creator database.
- Keep every collaboration running smoothly from outreach to final content delivery.

We are NOT looking for someone who...
- Sends hundreds of generic messages every day.
- Doesn't understand premium fashion.
- Has poor written English.
- Misses deadlines or details.
- Needs constant supervision.
- Chooses quantity over quality.

What we offer
- Part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week).
- Fully remote.
- Long-term opportunity with room to grow.
- Work directly with the founders.
- Be part of a premium European fashion brand.
- Opportunity to help shape and grow our creator program from the ground up.

How to apply
Please include the following in your application:
- A short introduction about yourself.
- Your experience with creator outreach or influencer management.
- Why you believe you have a strong eye for fashion and creator selection.
- Examples of brands or creators you've worked with.
- Your hourly rate.

Start your application with the words "Premium Creators" so we know you've read the entire job description.
