JOB OVERVIEW

We're a direct-to-consumer supplement brand selling to the US, UK and other English-speaking markets. Our growth runs on paid social (Meta), and we work AI-first — we use Claude, image generators and AI video tools daily to produce a high volume of creative fast. We're now expanding into animated video ads and need someone to own that production end to end.

What You'll Do

Produce short-form 3D animated video ads (Pixar/Inside Out style) for Meta and TikTok — 30 to 90 seconds, vertical 9:16
Design consistent characters and generate them in multiple emotional states (normal, breakdown, hopeful, transformed)
Build scene-by-scene: generate images, animate them, keep the character identical across every scene
Handle voice and lip sync (ElevenLabs, Hedra, HeyGen or similar) — one consistent voice across the whole ad
Edit and assemble in CapCut: clips, voiceover, sound effects, music, captions, text overlays, CTA slide
Turn a written script and angle into a finished ad without needing to be walked through it
Produce variations of winning ads fast — we test a lot, so speed and volume matter

Requirements:

- Proven experience creating AI-generated animated video, not just static images
- Character consistency is the core skill — you can keep the same character across 8+ scenes without the face, hair or clothing drifting
- Hands-on with AI video tools: Kling, Higgsfield, Veo, Sora or similar — you use these weekly, not "I've tried them"
- Image generation experience (Flux, GPT Image, Nano Banana, or similar) with strong prompting skill
- Voice generation and lip sync experience (ElevenLabs, Hedra, HeyGen)
- Solid editing in CapCut (or Premiere) — captions, sound design, pacing
- Understanding that an ad has to convert, not just look nice — hook in the first 3 seconds matters more than polish
- Reliable internet, own computer, and overlap with Asia/EU hours

Nice to Have

- Health, supplement or wellness niche experience
- Direct-response or performance-marketing background
- Experience with Meta ad formats and supplement compliance
- Experience writing your own scripts, not just animating someone else's
