The Role:

- 360 recruitment consultant position.
- Sales and business development focus.
- Hunting for new New Zealand clients
- Reverse marketing candidates
- Closing deals.

This role reports directly to the founder, who is very hands-on in the business.

The successful applicant will be provided with everything they need to succeed, including a softphone, company e-mail address, ongoing guidance, candidate sourcing support, and platform access for job postings.

Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar 360 recruitment role or a support role with a heavy client-facing component.
- BPO sales experience is highly regarded.
- Confident dealing with and selling to New Zealand and Australian business owners.
- A self-starter who can hit the ground running.

The successful candidate will work standard New Zealand business hours.

The base salary is between PHP 40,000 and PHP 60,000 per month depending on your experience, plus uncapped, generous commissions.

This is a high-accountability role that starts with a 1-month trial based on strict KPIs.

Once established in the role, the successful applicant will be given the opportunity to progress into a management position as the team in the Philippines grows.
