This role is for a seasoned Project Manager/Operations leader who can identify inefficiencies, build scalable systems, improve accountability, and elevate how an agency operates.
You'll work directly with leadership to strengthen operations, streamline workflows, improve client delivery, and help Bumper Lanes become a more efficient, higher-performing agency.

What We're Looking For
10–15 years of experience in Project Management and/or Operations, preferably within a marketing, creative, branding, or digital agency.
Proven track record of improving operational processes, building scalable systems, and driving organizational efficiency.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple high-priority client projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, coach, and hold teams accountable.
Exceptional organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
Comfortable making strategic decisions, identifying operational gaps, and implementing lasting improvements.
Experience with project management platforms such as
Bonus Points
PMP certification
Experience building SOPs and operational documentation
Experience implementing project management systems
Knowledge of AI tools and workflow automation
Experience scaling teams or agency operations
