# Recruitment Coordinator

## Overview

We are a fast-growing chess coaching company operating in over 100 primary schools across multiple counties, with continued expansion planned over the next year.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to help manage coach recruitment, onboarding and safer recruitment processes across the company.

This is a key operational role requiring excellent communication skills, strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently and professionally.

# Key Responsibilities

* Managing coach recruitment from application through to onboarding
* Screening candidates and arranging interviews
* Conducting interviews with prospective coaches
* Supporting safer recruitment and safeguarding processes
* Managing DBS tracking, references and recruitment documentation
* Coordinating onboarding and training schedules
* Handling recruitment-related emails and communication
* Maintaining organised recruitment records and databases
* Scheduling interviews, training sessions and operational meetings
* Working closely with the operations team to ensure staffing requirements are met
* We would also like you to be responsible for scheduling our coaches and ensuring smooth running of the clubs throughout the term.

# Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, administration, HR coordination or operations support and will be comfortable working in a growing business environment.

Experience with safeguarding or safer recruitment processes is beneficial but not essential.
