JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a Physical Product Development Project Manager to lead the development of new consumer products from concept to launch. In this role, you'll work closely with suppliers, designers, and external partners to keep projects organized, moving forward, and delivered on time.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts, communicating with suppliers, and bringing new physical products to market. Our first projects include launching a new skincare line and a new beauty device line.

Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management, product development, product sourcing, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience communicating with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Ability to request and compare quotations, product samples, and supplier information.
- Familiarity with Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) and private label manufacturing.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to support research and improve productivity.
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow projects through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete product development process from initial supplier outreach to production readiness.
- Research and communicate with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Request product samples, quotations, MOQ details, and private label information.
- Compare supplier proposals and organize findings for decision-making.
- Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and freelancers to keep projects progressing smoothly.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate international shipping arrangements, including sea freight and air freight.
- Assist with customs clearance coordination when required.
- Maintain organized project documentation and provide regular progress updates.

Plus to Have
- Previous experience developing skincare, beauty, cosmetic, or consumer products.
- Experience working with international manufacturers, particularly in Asia.
- Knowledge of packaging development and product compliance.
- Experience using project management tools such as ---------- , Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as Alibaba, Global Sources, or Made-in-China.
- Experience coordinating product launches from concept through production.
