JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! My name is Nando. I own a small video marketing company in Texas, USA.

I film videos for local businesses. I do all the filming. I need YOU to do
the editing.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Organize my raw footage inside Adobe Premiere Pro
- Put clips into bins (folders) with labels and colors
- Mark the best takes. Remove the bad ones.
- Edit short videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Add captions, text on screen, and fast cuts that keep people watching

HOW MUCH WORK:
- I send footage 2 or 3 times a week
- About 3 to 4 hours of footage each week
- Part-time to start
- If you do great work for 1 to 2 months, I will move you to full-time
and give you more tasks. I want ONE editor for the long run.

HOW YOU GET PAID:
- Your first assignment is paid in full right after you finish it
- After that, I pay you every 2 weeks

THE MOST IMPORTANT PART (PLEASE READ SLOWLY):
We will NOT upload big video files back and forth. Here is how we work:

1. I send you the footage ONE time.
2. You keep every folder name and file name EXACTLY the same.
Never rename them. Never move them.
3. You do all your work inside Premiere Pro.
4. When you finish, you send me ONLY the small project file (.prproj).
You do NOT send the videos back.
5. I open your project file on my computer. Premiere finds my copy of
the same footage. I see everything you did.

This only works in Adobe Premiere Pro. It does NOT work in CapCut.
If you only use CapCut, please do not apply.

WHAT YOU NEED:
- Adobe Premiere Pro (and you know it well)
- You know how to relink media and keep folders organized
- Good internet and a computer that runs Premiere smoothly
- You answer messages and finish work on time
