JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring a video editor who understands sales, life insurance, and personal branding.

This isn't just a basic editing job. I need someone who can take my Zoom sales calls and coaching sessions and turn them into engaging Instagram Reels that educate, build trust, and attract agents.

What You'll Do
Edit Zoom sales calls into short-form Instagram Reels
Find the best coaching ---------- nts, objection handling, and closing clips
Add captions, graphics, zooms, B-roll, and sound effects that keep attention
Create strong hooks, on-screen text, and CTA's
Help build my personal brand through consistent, high-quality content
Organize and deliver content on schedule

What I'm Looking For
Experience editing short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts
Strong understanding of sales psychology and storytelling
Insurance industry experience or experience editing sales content (required)
Ability to identify viral ---------- nts without being told exactly where they are
Fluent English
Reliable communication and fast turnaround times

Bonus Points
You've worked with life insurance agents or sales organizations
You understand objections, closing techniques, and recruiting content
You can create thumbnails and write captions
