Part-Time E-Commerce Growth Manager
This is a hands-on revenue-growth role for an established Shopify product brand.
It is not a content creation, social media management, website design, or SEO only position.

We are now focused on significantly expanding our direct-to-consumer online business.
Our brand is known for luxurious textures, thoughtful personalization, beautiful gift-ready presentation and a clean, elegant visual identity. We are not looking for someone to simply maintain our website or post content. We are looking for a strategic, analytical and highly proactive E-Commerce Growth Manager who can turn website visitors into customers, increase repeat purchases and help us grow online revenue consistently.
The Role
The E-Commerce Growth Manager will take ownership of the strategy and execution required to grow sales through our Shopify website.
You will analyze our current performance, identify missed opportunities and implement improvements across website conversion, paid advertising,
This is a hands-on role. You must be comfortable doing the work yourself—not only making recommendations or waiting for other tea
You will work closely with the founder. The content creator will focus primarily on producing brand visuals, social media content and creative assets. You will be responsible for determining how those assets should be used to support sales, advertising campaigns, website improvements and customer acquisition.
Primary Goal
Your main goal is to increase profitable online sales for Winx+Blinx.
Success will be measured through improvements in areas such as:

- Total online revenue

Key Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce Growth Strategy
- Review our Shopify website, analytics, customer journey and existing marketing efforts.
- Create a clear 30-, 60- and 90-day growth plan.
- Identify the most important opportunities to increase revenue and prioritize them according to potential impact.
- Develop monthly promotional and marketing plans around product launches, gift-giving occasions, holidays, personalization and seasonal buying behavior.
- Recommend practical strategies based on data, not generic marketing advice.
- Balance short-term revenue opportunities with long-term brand growth and customer retention.
- Present ideas clearly to the founder and explain why each recommendation should improve performance.
2. Shopify Website Conversion Optimization
- Review the full customer journey from the homepage through product discovery, cart and checkout.
- Identify website issues that may be preventing customers from purchasing.
- Improve homepage structure, collection pages, product pages, navigation, product recommendations and calls to action.
- Make sure customers immediately understand the quality, value, benefits and uniqueness of our products.
- Improve product descriptions, merchandising and presentation to support stronger conversion.
- Test strategies such as bundles, upsells, cross-sells, complementary products and gift-set recommendations.
- Improve the presentation of personalization options and gift-ready features.
- Review mobile usability and ensure the mobile shopping experience is easy and attractive.
- Recommend and implement appropriate Shopify apps only when they provide a clear benefit.
- Avoid unnecessarily adding apps that slow down the website or create additional expenses.
- Monitor website speed and customer experience.
- Plan and evaluate A/B tests or structured conversion tests when appropriate.
- Help increase average order value without damaging the premium brand experience.
3. Meta Ads Management
- Develop and manage Meta advertising campaigns across
- Review any existing campaigns, tracking and account structure.
- Confirm that the Meta Pixel, Conversion API and relevant events are installed and functioning correctly.
- Build campaigns for customer acquisition, retargeting, product launches, best sellers, gift sets and seasonal promotions.
- Create clear campaign structures with appropriate audiences, budgets and objectives.
- Develop creative briefs for the content creator based on advertising needs.
- Test multiple creative concepts, messages, hooks, audiences and offers.
- Monitor advertising performance consistently and make informed adjustments.
- Pause weak campaigns and scale stronger campaigns responsibly.
- Track cost per purchase, return on ad spend, click-through rate, conversion rate and other meaningful performance indicators.
- Clearly explain what is working, what is not working and why.
- Work effectively with an initially modest advertising budget.
- Understand that strong performance must be demonstrated before recommending major increases in advertising spend.
- Avoid relying only on boosted posts or vanity metrics such as likes and followers.
Experience managing e-commerce Meta Ads with limited or growing budgets is highly preferred.

- Help develop bundles that make purchasing easier and increase order value.
- Recommend strategic offers without weakening the luxury positioning of the brand.
- Review product pricing, perceived value and promotional opportunities.
- Help plan inventory-focused promotions when appropriate.
- Use sales and customer data to identify which products should receive more attention.
- Make sure promotions are easy for customers to understand and profitable for the company.
6. Analytics, Tracking and Reporting
- Review Shopify analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics and other available reporting tools.
- Verify that tracking is accurate before making major conclusions.
- Establish baseline performance metrics at the beginning of the role.
- Create a simple weekly dashboard or report that the founder can easily understand.
- Track the most meaningful performance indicators rather than overwhelming the team with unnecessary data.
- Use data to identify customer behavior, sales patterns and areas of lost revenue.

First 30 Days
During the first month, we expect the selected candidate to:
- Complete a full audit of the Shopify website and online sales funnel.
- Review current analytics, conversion rate, traffic sources and sales performance.

- Proven experience growing sales for a Shopify-based e-commerce brand.
- Strong understanding of Shopify, online merchandising and conversion optimization.
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for physical consumer products.

Working Hours and Availability
This is initially a part-time role requiring approximately 15–20 hours per week.
The schedule can be flexible, but the selected candidate must:
- Maintain consistent weekly availability.
- Complete agreed assignments by their deadlines.
- Respond to important messages within a reasonable timeframe.
- Be available for one scheduled weekly meeting.
- Be able to communicate during at least some overlapping U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
- Provide advance notice regarding planned time off or changes in availability.
The position may grow in hours and responsibility based on performance, business needs and measurable sales growth.
