360° Virtual Tour Production & Digital Media Specialist

**Full-Time Remote Position | 40 Hours per Week**

We are seeking a reliable, technically capable, and detail-oriented professional to join our growing digital media production company.

This is a long-term, full-time position—not a short-term freelance project. We are looking for someone who wants stable work, enjoys technology, learns new software quickly, and is interested in growing with our company.

Our company creates interactive 360° virtual tours, floor plans, digital marketing assets, and visual content for businesses and properties throughout the United States.

Previous virtual tour experience is preferred, but it is not required if you are highly computer-savvy, dependable, organized, and willing to learn.

Primary Responsibilities

* Build and edit interactive 360° virtual tours
* Upload, organize, and connect panoramic images
* Create hotspots, menus, navigation, pop-ups, information buttons, and other interactive content
* Work with CloudPano, 3DVista, Matterport, or similar platforms
* Edit, resize, crop, enhance, and optimize images
* Organize and manage large project files using Dropbox, Google Drive, and similar tools
* Assist with floor plans, brochures, renderings, videos, social media content, and other digital assets
* Review completed work for accuracy, spelling, image quality, proper navigation, and functionality
* Follow production checklists, file-naming systems, and project instructions
* Complete revisions and provide regular progress updates
* Learn new software, tools, and production processes as needed

Required Qualifications

* Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
* Comfortable following detailed written instructions and repeatable processes
* Strong written and spoken English, approximately 7 out of 10 or higher
* Comfortable communicating through email, chat, and video meetings
* Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Dropbox, and Google Drive
* Ability to organize folders and manage large image, video, and project files
* Ability to troubleshoot routine computer, browser, and software issues
* Reliable high-speed internet
* A modern, dependable computer capable of handling large image and video files
* Reliable electricity and a backup plan for occasional power or internet interruptions
* Availability to work 40 hours per week
* Ability to overlap approximately 60% of the workday with Pacific Time business hours

Preferred Experience

Experience with any of the following is a strong advantage:

* CloudPano
* 3DVista
* Matterport
* Adobe Photoshop
* Photo editing or image retouching
* Graphic design
* WordPress
* Floor plans
* Video editing
* Social media content
* Digital media or property marketing

Experience with CloudPano or 3DVista would be especially valuable. However, strong technical ability, reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are equally important.
