SALES & QUOTATIONS MANAGER – Remote (Philippines)

OVERALL ROLE
Manage assigned inbound enquiries, including

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Call clients who have submitted quote requests, guide them through the repair process (trained) send quotes and follow up to close. You will be given full ownership and responsibility for assigned opportunities (inbound).

Keep our CRM updated and accurate (GoHighLevel – training provided)

Track leads

Prepare quotes for clients (Trained by Director)

Communicate with clients via email and text, and over phone (provided).

Assist with admin, reporting, and other support tasks

Fully manage your assigned opportunities through the pipeline

Clear work hours – 9am–5pm Sydney (Australia) time, Mon–Fri (6 or 7am start Philippine time depending on day-light-savings)

Commission for converting.

YOUR MAIN KPI's
Conversion of opportunities to jobs tracked as a percentage. We convert 30-40% of all inbound enquiries currently. The goal will be to get you to this standard.

Someone with the ability to talk to anyone, who enjoys talking and is great at managing conversations with clients and would feel comfortable holding and leading conversations with native English speakers.
