# Real Estate Video Editor

We are seeking a skilled **Real Estate Video Editor** to create high-quality, short-form video content for real estate agents, property listings, and social media advertising.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with **Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects** and can transform property footage into polished, engaging videos that capture attention and professionally showcase each space.

## Responsibilities

* Edit short-form real estate videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and paid social ads
* Create smooth, professional edits that highlight a property’s most important features
* Use motion tracking to attach graphics, text, and callouts to moving footage
* Design animated property callouts, titles, labels, and listing information
* Incorporate 3D graphics and motion design elements when appropriate
* Add transitions, speed ramps, sound effects, music, and color adjustments
* Create attention-grabbing openings that keep viewers engaged
* Format and export videos for multiple social media platforms
* Follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style
* Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and revision timelines

## Required Skills

* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
* Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects
* Experience with motion tracking and object tracking
* Ability to create animated callout titles and property-feature graphics
* Experience working with 3D layers, cameras, graphics, or environments in After Effects
* Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and short-form video retention
* Experience with sound design, music selection, and audio mixing
* Knowledge of color correction and basic color grading
* Strong attention to detail and organization
* Ability to receive feedback and make revisions efficiently

## Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience editing real estate, architecture, construction, or luxury property content
* Experience creating social media ads and organic short-form videos
* Familiarity with drone footage, walkthrough videos, and stabilized camera footage
* Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific editing styles
* Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, or Cinema 4D is a plus

## Portfolio Requirements

Applicants should provide a portfolio or editing reel that includes:

* Short-form vertical videos
* Motion-tracked graphics
* Animated titles and callouts
* After Effects motion graphics
* Real estate or property-related video work, when available

We are looking for an editor who can do more than simply cut footage together. This person should be able to use motion graphics, tracking, sound design, and creative storytelling to make real estate content feel modern, professional, and engaging.
