Hi,

We're a small, fast-growing e-commerce group and we're hiring a Customer Service VA to be the front line of support for our stores. This is hourly, flexible, and long-term for the right person.

Most of our customers are in the US, so the more your working hours can overlap with US time, the better.

The job is mainly customer service, but we like multi-skilled people: when support is quiet, you may help on other simple ops missions (data entry, image checks, product tasks). We give you Loom video tutorials and reply templates for everything.

-> WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Answer customer emails and chats: order status, shipping delays, refunds, product questions, with warm, clear, positive replies.
- Solve order issues in Shopify (look up orders, tracking, refunds/replacements). We have SOPs for everything.
- Occasionally take a customer phone call (a plus, not a must, just tell us if you're comfortable with calls).
- Help on other simple ops tasks when the support queue is quiet.
- Communicate with us on Telegram (async, written).

- You UNDERSTAND the task and get it right (strong written English is a must, customers read your words).
- You're FAST and efficient, you use the templates smartly and keep the queue moving.
- You're AVAILABLE: US-hours overlap, and able to ramp your hours up with about a day's notice when work comes in waves.

-> WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Real customer support experience (email/chat), ideally e-commerce
- Warm, clear, positive written English (spoken English is a plus, especially if you can take calls)
- Hours that overlap with US business time
- Comfortable with Shopify basics (orders, refunds) or a fast learner
- Calm with upset customers, solution-first mindset
- OK with time tracking via Hubstaff (screenshots + activity)

- $3/hour, tracked on Hubstaff, paid via Wise
- Flexible hours, long-term
- As you prove reliable: more hours and a possible move to part ---------- -time
