Hey, I am JT! I am looking for 1-2 hard working appointment setters for my small business (offering affordable websites). I'm not a big call center where you are just a number. I'm a small business owner and looking for help doing outbound B2B cold calling for me.
YOUR ROLE:
-- Source your own leads, leads are not provided.
-- Call 60-80 new contacts per 4-hour shift.
-- Offer them a free consultation to learn about an affordable website.
-- That's it! Once you schedule their appointment I take over.
REQUIREMENTS (DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU MEET ALL THE CRITERIA):
-- Experienced B2B Cold Calling and Appointment Setting. (This means 100% cold calling — no prior contact, no warm leads, etc.)
-- If you have only worked inbound leads, warm leads, or marketing leads, DO NOT APPLY.
-- Clear and confident English communication with no heavy accent.
-- You are someone who is money hungry and motivated to hit your targets.
-- You are reliable with consistent attendance.
HOURS:
-- Part time to start (20 hours), with the option for full time after 30 days.
-- Monday - Friday 10AM-2PM Pacific Standard Time (Tuesday - Saturday 1AM-5AM Philippine Time).
PAYMENT:
-- $20 each qualified appointment that shows up
-- $150 each person who signs up for our services
-- $2/hour base (this is a sales role where the majority of your earnings come from appointments and commissions)
-- Monthly bonuses
HOW TO APPLY:
-- Do not mention previous jobs that are not specifically related to cold calling B2B (no warm leads, no inbound calls, etc)
-- Put "Dial And Smile" as your subject line
-- Copy and paste the following questions and put answers in your application. Please use your own words, and do not use A.I. when replying (yes we can tell):
1) How many months/years of experience appointment setting for B2B cold leads:
2) What product/service were you offering and to who (please be detailed with this response and clear what you were offering):
3) How many calls per day did you average:
4) How many appointments per week did you average:
5) Did you source your own leads or were you given leads:
6) Do you currently have another job:
7) You call a business to offer a website and they say "let me think about it". What do you say and do?
8) What makes you better than other cold callers applying for this role:
