JOB OVERVIEW

About the role:
We're a short-term rental management company. We need a detail-oriented research VA to find underperforming vacation rental properties, identify their addresses and owners, and build a clean lead list. This is research and data work, not sales or calling.

What you'll do:
-Use AirDNA to find and qualify short-term rental listings based on our criteria (we train you)
-Match listing photos to satellite and street view to identify hidden property addresses (the core skill)
-Run addresses through DealMachine/Propstream to pull owner names, phones, and emails
-Log everything accurately in a shared Google Sheet with confidence ratings

You must have:
-Strong attention to detail, since accuracy matters more than speed
-Experience with real estate research, skip tracing, or lead list building (PropStream, DealMachine, or similar a big plus)
-Comfort with Google Maps satellite and street view and online property research
-Good written English (for reading listings; you won't be contacting owners)
-Reliability and the ability to follow a documented process consistently
