JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative Visual Graphic Artist with deep, hands-on GoHighLevel (GHL) platform expertise to support our B2B and AI systems implementation projects.
In this contract role, you will bridge the gap between high-end visual design and functional marketing automation. You will be responsible for crafting stunning visual assets, custom-designed GHL funnels, client onboarding interfaces, and B2B collateral that make complex AI and tech solutions look sleek, professional, and accessible.

Must-Have Requirements
Note: Candidates without demonstrated expertise in both Graphic Design and GoHighLevel will not be considered.
High-Level Graphic & Visual Design Expertise: Proven track record in visual branding, digital graphic design, typography, and UI layout creation using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), or Canva.
Advanced GoHighLevel (GHL) Platform Mastery: Experience building, styling, and customizing GHL sites, landing pages, funnels, email templates, and membership portals.

Key Responsibilities
GHL Visual Customization: Design and build visual layouts within GoHighLevel (funnels, website pages, survey flows, and client portals) tailored for B2B clients.
Brand & B2B Asset Creation: Craft high-converting visual assets, presentation decks, infographics, system architecture diagrams, and marketing collateral for AI implementation offers.
AI & B2B Funnel Experience: Design clear, intuitive user journeys that simplify complex AI workflows and systems for corporate stakeholders.

Email & Campaign Graphics: Create visually compelling email headers, templates, and digital assets inside GHL workflow campaigns.
Quality & Consistency: Ensure all visual elements align with client brand guidelines, maintain responsive design standards across all devices, and elevate the overall aesthetics of digital touchpoints.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in B2B tech, SaaS, or digital agency environments.
GHL Mastery: Proven experience building high-converting, visually rich landing pages and funnels directly within GoHighLevel.
Design Stack: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and GHL native page builders (CSS/HTML tweaks inside GHL is a major plus).
B2B Mindset: Ability to translate abstract or technical concepts (such as AI workflows, automation pipelines, and software integrations) into visually engaging, easy-to-understand graphics.
Portfolio Required: A strong portfolio showing both standalone graphic design work and live/completed GoHighLevel page builds.

Contract & Project Details
Scope: Project-based contract with potential for ongoing retainer work based on project pipeline and performance.
Workflow: Flexible schedule with clear project milestones and deliverables.
Collaboration: Asynchronous communication with scheduled team syncs during active implementation phases.
